today, I shopped!

went to SM City Davao with my friends Iris and Mark

we accompanied Iris at the department store... I didn't plan to shop at all

but lo and behold... SALE!!!!!

two gals going on a shopping frenzy! :)

So I wanted the top and shorts so bad... but I didn't buy them coz of lack of funds! huhu.

My SUNDAY Adventure

My friends, Iris, Mark and I went on a roadtrip to BUDA (Davao-Bukidnon) today

the duo fetched me almost six o' clock in the morning and we arrived there after an hour or so

here are snapshots of our fun trip :)

 we ate breakfast (and also our lunch) at SEAGULL Resort...

a shuttle took us to the waterfalls of the place. there was a pool too but it was too cold to go for a swim. we didn't feel like swimming at all.

so we just enjoyed the view of the waterfalls. so beautiful!

then the three of us wanted to see the famous EPOL FALLS

 

now the tricky part before getting there was we had to trek for like 45 minutes (downhill) before reaching the place

it was sooo muddy!!!

after reaching this sign, we thought we were already there. WRONG! 80 more meters to go (according to the guy who lives there)

after a very muddy, tiring and strenuous trek..

VOILA!!!

so pretty! finally saw it in person.

now going downhill was extremely hard, and we thought going back up would be even harder

but surprisingly, going up wasn't as bad as what we experienced while going to EPOL falls

we reached the parking lot after 15 minutes only. guess we had the adrenaline rush that time because we really wanted to go home since it started to rain already. dang!

nevertheless, trekking was worth it. the falls are soooo beautiful. and as an added bonus, it was as if we worked out at a gym. CARDIO BAYBEH!!! hahahaha

as expected, BUDA was indeed COLD.. with the fog plus weather and all

good thing I wore this today

Gray Shopaholic Jacket, Long White Top, Hot Pink Scarf, Navy Blue Leggings (favorite), and skull slip-ons

I sooo love my slip-ons. I've had this pair for more than two years now and I bought it for only Php 200 pesos.

I didn't think it would last this long since I bought it so cheap! hahaha

but it's the shoes I wear when I feel like talking long walks, sometimes jogging, even played frisbee using it, and today, used it for trekking.

and the navy blue leggings... wear them all the time!

comfortable yet stylish :) and today, it kept my legs from getting cold jitters from the BUDA weather haha

the hot pink scarf, aside from its purpose during the cold weather, added a pop of color to my dull outfit for the day. hahahaha

SUPER ENJOYED this experience with my friends

SUNDAY Lunch and Shopping :)

went out today with my friends Iris, Kurt and Lisa

ate at this resto called HUKAD

yummy yummy food!

and afterwards, Iris and I tried out Happy Lemon at GMALL

aside from Food Trippin', Iris and I went on a little shopping spree

shopping quickies at Terranova, Abreeza Mall and the Department Store of GMALL

 

there are a lotta nice clothes inside the Department Store and I can't believe how affordable they are

 

I wanted to buy a lot but I don't have that enough cash. haha

 

better luck next time though..

 

anyway, these are what I bought today

 

Orange Shorts, Royal Blue Top and Blue Aztec Top (GMALL); White one shoulder type and Orange Bandeau (Terranova)

 

VERY VERY HAPPY with my purchases. Hurray for new things! hahaha

clothes make me happy. They are my happy pills right now :)

polka dots sheer top, white belt, mustard shorts, royal blue flats from SOLEMATE

spent a lot today but I still had fun

Sunday Out

Batik Blouse turned Mini Dress from Indonesia, Navy Blue Leggings, my sister's wedge

faux gold bird's wing necklace

I have an aunt who lives in Indonesia and she gave me this lovely blouse made of Indonesian Batik

I just love the designs of Batiks and I totally love the design of this one

since the blouse was too big for me, I added a belt to cinch my waist, turning the over-sized blouse to a mini dress 

wore leggings underneath and borrowed my sister's shoes

to complete the outfit, I wore one of the necklaces I bought just last week

A few vacation days left. Thank you Kadayawan for all the sales hahahaha

didn't really buy much though

I actually bought a necklace but I will post it soon.

My Lazy Sunday

I barely recovered from the fever and colds I had the previous day

still went out. that's how hard-headed I am! hahahaha

anyway, this is what I wore today. too lazy to put on something girlalooshy

 

went for an oversized leaf-detailed shirt, navy blue leggings, denim flats

did a little pre-kadayawan shopping

bought four necklaces today. (they were on sale 10% off)

 

and I bought this thing that has a lotta squares... I don't know what it is called. Used it to organize all my necklaces and some of my bracelets. Here's the finished product

TA - DAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

that's not even half of all the necklaces I own. I still have to find the others.

I really have to be organized so that I don't lose things. ugh!

Excited for kadayawan and all the SALES in the city =)
